• Set job-specific goals
• Deliver quality physical & occupational therapy services at our state-pf-the-art facilities or on-site at the employer's facility
• Hold employees responsible for their attendance and therapy progress
• Hold providers responsible for evaluating and adjusting treatment plans to ensure progress
• Educate workers in an exercise program and proper body mechanics
• Continually verify and update treatment to modified job tasks
• Be responsible for communication with referring physicians and case managers
• Include our FCE and Work Conditioning services, which will return the patient to gainful employment as soon as he/she is able to perform the job-specific tasks
• Supply objective data that results in case resolution for disputed workers' compensation cases
